- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to make an appointment to visit my father (which I have never had to do before) and the man that answered the phone was very unhelpful and extremly rude. I tryed to keep being nice despite his rude attitude towards me, but he would not help me with the information I need to be able to visit my father. I finally asked to speak with his manager then of course was put on hold and no answer. He was a very unhappy rude man!!! I feel bad for those like me that have to call and speak with someone like that. It is not others faults that you do not like your job. I'm sure the people you mainly deal with are unpleasent however I was not to you so I should not have been treated that way.By Lindsey Bagley, July 18, 2017
