- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We went to them with our small business taxes. Meet with one person and felt good about the business and working with them. However that person was not the one that did our taxes. I got a document that stated that I needed to change things for the start of the next year in my books. I was really confused by the numbers and called was told it was the busy time but that they could for my questions. Got a voicemail from the lady saying that those were the numbers that she gave to the IRS for my balance sheet so they had to match up. I called back leaving a message with office stat that where I told her we reported not in accrual bases which was what her report stated and we did our in cash bases. Nothing back. Start of the new year for taxes and she calls about setting up a appointment. I think great I can get my questions about the past year and talk about how she thinks we should set up the files best to work with her. So I come in and start talking about half way though my questions she says this is not what this meeting is usually for. Oh I say ok do we need to stop. Thinking that if we do not I might get charged but she says no it is ok. Anyway during my time working with her I struggle because these papers she gave me last year she says those do not matter. DO NOT MATTER? WHAT? She also does alot of other things that make me question doing business with her. I go back and talk to my business partners and agree that we might not want to use her again that was in February of this year. Now in November I get a bill for 135.00 for a consulting and training fee. I THOUGHT IT WAS A MEET GREET and QUESTIONS TIME. If I could I would give this lady NO STARS. Called and she is not even willing to reduce the bill and she questioned our ethics. Nice one lady.By Crystal S, May 22, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Could not say enough good things about John Omlin and the others I have worked with at OGA. I own a small business and have worked with John Omlin for years regarding our personal and business taxes. He has always been available for any questions that have come up over the years and has always gotten back to me quickly either by phone or email.
