  Have taken my vehicle to them a few times, always done great work for a reasonable price! Nice thing is that you don't have to get here before the shop closes to get your car, you pay for the car in the C-store which is open until 8 or 9 PM.

  Ever since Greg the former service manager left, the quality of service has gone down. The new service manager is not doing a very good job. Unless they get someone more competent, I will not bring my car back there again. I wasted of my time and money trying to get my car fixed.

  We used to have great service here, but today were treated horribly by David. I asked if we could get a discount due to an A/C misdiagnosis and service. We paid $80 last week, and the problem wasn't fixed. Today we had to pay another $815 for a new service. David argued with me then interrupted me with "Oh my God how much of a discount do you want?" in the middle of my sentence. When I told him I didn't appreciate being treated that way, he told me to pick up my car then hung up. My husband went over and politely confronted him on his rudeness, and David walked away from him while he was talking and said there was no way we were getting a discount. To David's credit, the service last week was probably also necessary, but he didn't take the time to explain that to me over the phone before shouting at me.
