  This BofA location has the worst customer service ever. It seems as if no one here enjoys their job (I have to give an exception to the drive thru woman). I do expect great service because that is exactly what I get at the downtown location. I had a terrible encounter with fraud recently and ended up here. I was given a new account with a temporary card and was told I would get a few check books with a waived fee for the left over checks with my last account. After a week, I call BofA customer service to find out they were never ordered. I run by to ask them to help me out and waive the fee. They said to stop back in next week to get the fee waived. Why go out of my way? I prefer not to frequent this location. I purposely go out of my way to drive downtown and have the lovely ladies there help me (Especially Fay). I suggest other BofA customers to do the same.

  Horrible customer service 9/10 times, I always get heckled to use an ATM while I'm in line for a cashiers check, 28 months of doing the same thing being asked the same thing, then after being heckled each time I still get charged a 5 dollar fee for a money order from the bank that already has my business? WTF??? , and to top it off it's the only bank I know of that doesn't have a coin machine to count change? Wtf kind of bank is this? Definitely going to a local credit union here soon.
