- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BOA has been disappointing from the start for me. I opened up an account in Tucson, AZ. Made my way back to this branch. They have been awful. Wherever I go, terrible customer service. Charges you just to have an account. Why go to this bank when there are so many others that WANT you there and DO NOT charge you to have a bank account. Very ridiculous.By levi smith, June 01, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Long lines inside and outside every week, I don't know why I bank here. They could use more staff when they are at their peek times. Many people sitting behind desks looking at screens with only 2 people tilling, one for drive thru and the other is to handle everyone who walks in.
