  This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Bank of America I have EVER had the DISPLEASURE of going to!!!!!! I had to bank here unfortunately for 4 and a half years before I moved back to California and EVERY TIME I come here there is a looong line of at least 5 to 10 people and JUST ONE TELLER!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I always spend at least 15min if there's just 1 persons ahead of me. I have sat waiting to talk with a customer relations person and waited 2 HOURS when it should have been 30 min wait, and they skipped me almost twice until I said something! I always cash my checks so I can have my money available to me right away and there is always someone harassing each person in like about how there is an ATM outside and that they can use the mobile app.....which doesn't provide my money to me right away!! I feel like they don't even want people to physically come in to this location because 'oh there's an ATM outside, and have you tried out mobile app??'. I came here once to change a bunch of quarters into bills so I can get gas for my car and Fay the one and only teller who lives there told me to 'GO HOME AND WASH MY QUARTERS' before I exchanged them!!! What?!?!?! IT IS ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO REFUSE MY LEGAL TENDER!!!! Coming here was an absolute waste of of my time, the banks of America in California are SO MUCH MORE EFFICIENT with much better customer service!! I finally moved back to California and went to a location where the lines were just as long, and was out so quickly I couldn't believe it! It took less than half the time. This location needs to either hire more tellers, or hire more EFFICIENT tellers that can SEE there is a long line that needs to be handled, rather than just chatting with every person who needs to make a transaction. I wish I could put zero stars.

  Nice teller, but just like everyone is saying, there's 1 freaken teller. The other people around the office DO NOT CARE. So be prepared to stand there for a long time

  This is without any hesitation the worst location in Spokane. There is always a long line and only one teller. The bank manager consistently comes up with excuses they are short handed instead of stepping up and helping customers. I really wish this place could be better managed.
